Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use urlbee, the link shortener. By shortening a link or signing in, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy.
Using urlbee
urlbee is free. You may use it for personal and business links as long as you follow these terms. If you are under 18, use urlbee only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
What you can't shorten
Don't use urlbee to link to, or to hide the address of:
- phishing pages, scams, malware or anything that tries to steal passwords or payment details;
- spam, or links sent in bulk to people who didn't ask for them;
- content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, or harasses people;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
Don't try to get around urlbee's limits or security checks, or use automated tools to create links in bulk.
Removing links and accounts
We may disable or delete any link, and suspend any account, that breaks these terms or is reported as harmful. Where possible we tell the account owner why; for links that put people at risk, such as phishing or malware, we act first. To report a harmful link or anything that isn't working, use Report a problem at the bottom of every page, or email help@ube.my.id with the short link.
You can stop using urlbee at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing help@ube.my.id.
Your links
- You are responsible for the links you create and where they lead.
- Links made without signing in appear on the home page as short links (without their destination) and expire automatically.
- A custom name can be reused by someone else once your link with that name has expired or been deleted.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep urlbee running, but we can't promise it will always be available, that links will work forever, or that statistics are complete. We don't control the websites links point to and aren't responsible for their content.
Changes
urlbee and these terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with its date. We will tell signed-in users about important changes before they take effect; if you don't agree, you can stop using urlbee and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it together in good faith; if that fails, it will be settled under applicable Indonesian law.
